Expanding My Repertoire

I decided to try my hand today at making a pillowcase dress. I asked a friend from work how to make one, and combined that advice with some reading on the internet, and this is what I came up with...

Since I don't have a little girl to wear it, I made it for a friend of mine's sweet little girl, Lila, who will be 2 in January. I just hope it fits her! It is by no means perfect andwould have been rather easy to make if I had not done a few steps out of order and had to redo them! Oops! Everything I try is trial and error anyway.
